1. If you find that the product inside is damaged, do not discard the carton with the tracking number. Contact DHL to report the damage and they will provide compensation for any packages that were damaged during transit.

Before sending the package, we will confirm that the item is in good condition and make every effort to properly package it to avoid any damage during transportation.
